The Challenge

With FP&A team formed as business grew a planning structure was put in place without the use of enterprise solution. Despite the solution working to provide the details, it didn't provide the effective platform for effective and efficient planning and had a set of limitations.

The Solution

I led a year-long, ground-up implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning. I drove the initiative end-to-end—from pitching the initial business case and negotiating licensing, to architecting the data models, automating data ingestion, and managing the final deployment, all while seamlessly running legacy processes in parallel.
